Abrechnung von Auftrags- und Vertragsleistungen
Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden
Unterstützung der Technik bei der Auftragsumsetzung
Verantwortung für die Warenwirtschaft. Verwaltung des Warenein- und -ausgangs, inklusive der Bestandskontrolle und -pflege
Verantwortung für die Pflege der Daten in die Vertragsdatenbank und Ausführung des operativen Vertragscontrolling
Das wünschen wir uns von dir:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau oder kaufmännische Ausbildung und idealerweise Kenntnisse im IT-Bereich
Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder in ähnlicher Position, idealerweise im IT-Systemhaus oder IT-Inhouse Umfeld
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Office Programmen
Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP Business One, um unsere Geschäftsprozesse optimal zu unterstützen wünschenswert
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, um deine Aufgaben effizient zu erledigen.
Interesse an neuen Themen, insbesondere aus dem IT-Umfeld
Exzellente Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
